Currently, we’re recruiting Technical Games Support with fluency in Russian (m/f) for a project in the IT sector.
Our client is the leader in providing  effective solutions centering on customer communications, customer retention and supply chain management for markets all around the world. They’re seeking bright, enthusiastic, and customer focused individuals to join their hardworking 1st Line Customer Support Team.

Perfil do Candidato

As a Technical Games Support, you will be responsible for handling issues regarding IT in Russian and English,  such as: reset passwords, remote control, install programs and much more challenging tasks!

Funções

Profile:
– Fluency in Russian and English – level C (eliminatory);
– Excellent communication skills;
– Proactivity and dynamism;
– Very good technical knowledge (eliminatory);
– Passion about games industry and be an active player (preferential);
– Strong Customer and results orientation.

Working schedule: 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, between 07am and 10pm

Working place: Lisbon, near to public transportation (7 Rios station).
