Scheduling Equipment Collections (7h/16h – Monday to Friday)

Vertente Humana, Human Resources Company, is currently recruiting for an European Operations Center (Call Center) for its client:

Communicators fluent in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Serbian, Italian, Finnish, Polish, and/or Dutch.

Perfil do Candidato

What are we looking for?
– Native communicator regarding the language they are applying or have resided at least three years in the country that will contact (eliminatory factor);
– Communication and influence;
– Good diction and fluency;
– Energy and team spirit;
– Rigor and perseverance;
– Customer orientation;
– Nice presentation;

Funções

What will the communicators do?
– Communicators will perform telephone contacts for small and medium enterprises in order to scheduling a date and a time to collect customer equipment;

Working hours: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Localization: Lisbon (Areeiro)
Availability: January
