Perfil do Candidato
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian (C1 level mandatory);
- Good computer and typing skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Great team spirit; Passion for fashion and attention to detail;
- High flexibility to work shifts and on weekends between 6:00 and 24:00;
- Previous experience in Customer Service (preferably).
Funções
- Ensure an adequate response time while delivering the highest possible service to all customers via email and social media & live chat channels;
- Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve our team targets; Identify and process orders that may be fraudulent;
- Proactively handling sales activities; Advice our customers on a high level, providing updated help guides and meeting their individual needs.
