Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

Following the growth of our company in Portugal, we are now recruiting Danish native speakers to perform the role of Helpdesk Advisor to one of the biggest printer developer and provider companies in the world. Located in our office in Lisbon you will be integrated in a multicultural team. We are looking for new talent with commitment to build a successful career with Sitel Portugal.

  • High school degree (minimum)
  • IT Technical training or degree is a plus
Experience Target
  • Helpdesk or Service Desk Experience will be a plus
  • Hardware and software technical knowledge will be a plus
  • Experience with customer service
  • Danish native speaker (mandatory)
  • Team work experience
  • Good English knowledge both spoken and written
  • Passionate about IT and technologies
  • Knowledge about printers will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and client oriented
  • Team-Player & Conflict solving qualities
Pay Rate
  • Base salary (x14 months) + language complement (x14 months) + meal allowance
  • Private health insurance to all employees, after 6 months of work
  • Monthly performance bonus
  • We can help you finding accommodation in Lisbon
  • We will help you to pay the 3 first months of your accommodation
  • We can help you to pay the first travel for Portugal
  • Full-time – 8 hours per day – (your working schedule will be related to the country witch you will provide support)
  • Training fully paid by SITEL and included in the work contract
