Kelly Services is recruiting German Games Support (M/F) for an enterprise situated in Lisbon.

Perfil do Candidato

You will be allocated to a customer support operation and you will be responsible to provide customer service to our customers from end to end including technical & contractual support to customers of a World leading IT manufacturer.

Funções

Profile:
– University frequency in the IT area or equivalent relevant topics;
– Native or fluent in German and good knowledge in English (spoken and written – mandatory);
– Experience in technical support or similar functions;
– Passion to service end-customers (B2C);
– Excellent communication skills;
– Analytical thinking and organization;
– Resistance to stress;
– Strong customer orientation.
