Perfil do Candidato
Excellent language skills in Turkish and English
Strong communication skills and team work ability
Availability for rotating schedules
Help Desk experience or IT knowledge will be valued (not mandatory).
Service Desk Agents Level 1 (low/non-technical profile): To provide technical assistance to users via email or phone.
