Kelly Services is currently recruiting HtR Customer Support fluent in Spanish and English (m/f), for a global company driven by proud and committed chemists. With a long historical anchorage in Europe, their products serve diversified markets worldwide, from consumer goods to energy, with one main aim – to improve quality of life and customer performance.

Perfil do Candidato

– Fluency in Spanish and English at native level (mandatory);
– Prior experience in similar areas (preferential);
– Professional experience in the telephone service and telephone contacts will also be valued;
– Good level of computer skills;
– Dynamism and Proactivity;
– Critical spirit and initiative;
– Stress Resistance;
– Strong Customer orientation and driven to results;

Funções

These professionals will integrate a team, whose objective is based in providing support Worldwide, to all HR requests in Spanish and English, related with used channels, providing the 1st level of support and work in partnership with the local HR team. They will also be responsible for managing a global HR data base with Frequently Asked Questions (AskHr), support and maintain HR company tools ensuring a global strategy and best practices and produce and deliver periodical reports agreed with internal customer.

Schedule – Monday to Friday from 07am until 6pm.
