Kelly Services is currently recruiting EasyJet Customer Advisor – Fluent in Italian (m/f).

Perfil do Candidato

– Native or fluency in Italian, and fluency in English (mandatory);
-Previous experience in similar functions (mandatory);
-Excellent communication skills;
-Analytical thinking and organization;
-Resistance to stress;
-Strong customer orientation;
-Results driven;
-Flexible and committed.


At the moment we are hiring Customer Advisor for EasyJet, and your main task will be help customers who have problems with luggage’s, flights, tickets or customers who want to know more information about flight schedule, scale of charges, promotion campaigns. You also will be responsible for claims management, order management, providing advice and information, retention, social network community management.
