Kelly Services is recruiting Customer Support Analyst fluent in Norwegian (m/f) for an enterprise situated in Lisbon.

Perfil do Candidato
– University frequency in the IT area or equivalent relevant topics;
– Native or fluent in Norwegian and good knowledge in English (spoken and written – mandatory);
– Experience in technical support or similar functions;
– Passion to service end-customers (B2C);
– Excellent communication skills;
– Analytical thinking and organization;
– Resistance to stress;
– Strong customer orientation.
You will be allocated to a customer support operation and your main task will be first line technical support, troubleshooting and handling of incidents by phone and chat.
