Currently, for their Lisbon office, we are looking for Bookings Account Manager to reinforce our client’s team, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Perfil do Candidato
– Experience in account management and/or customer care;
– Fluency in English and German (written and spoken C2 level);
– Team player and willing to join a multicultural workplace;
– Organized, able to multitask and to face successive changes;
– Proactive and autonomous;
– Creative and critical thinker;
– Empathic and an effective speaker;
– Data and results-driven.
As a Booking Account Manager, you will be the first person of contact for our client’s guests, when they have questions or doubts about some specific accommodation or others issues related to this process. You should also guarantee that in the same phone call, the rental process is done and completed, by assuring that the guests are absolutely satisfied and that they’ve found and rented an accommodation displayed in our client network.
